Service Call Fees
Service call fees vary depending on your location. All jobs are charged a service call fee and a minimum of 1/2 hour labor. Tucson Metro fee is waived if total bill is over $300.00 All other fees will still apply.

I have put a lot of thought into setting my rates. Fuel cost, parts, hardware, time and travel have all been part of my factors in setting my rates. This page is to help you factor in repair and service cost into your budget. Rates can change so check back often. Thank you for your business.

Hourly Rates
Labor Rate is $95.00 per hour inside the Tucson metro area. I bill all jobs into 1/4 of an hour. Jobs are rounded to nearest 1/4 of an hour.
Examples: 15 min. is $23.75
30 min. is $47.50
45 min. is $71.25
60 min. is $95.00
All service calls within the Tucson metro area will be billed a half hour minimum.
All service calls outside the Tucson Metro area will be billed at $110.00 per hour, with a one hour minimum.

24 Hour Emergency Service
24 hour emergency service rates and fees are not set to gouge my customer. But they are set to a premium to encourage appointments during regular business hours. I want to be there for you, in a time of urgency when others will not. 24 hour emergency service rates are in affect between the hours:

24 Labor Rate
Labor rate for 24 hours is $150.00 per hour and there is a 1 hour min on all 24 hr calls. 24 hour labor rate is billed the same as the regular rate.
The $400.00 minimum charge is non refundable. (even if problem in not repairable due to lack of parts availability.)
